These terms govern your use of savemypropertysocal.com, owned and operated by Alexander J. Gonzalez (“we,” “us”). Effective October 6, 2026.

1. Using this site

By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Education only, not advice

• We cannot promise any result. We cannot promise that a foreclosure will stop, that a lender will approve anything, or that a sale will close in time. Some cases cannot be stopped.
• Deadlines, fees, and legal rights depend on your loan, your lender, and your facts, and the law changes. The timelines on this site are typical, not guaranteed for your case.
• For legal questions, bankruptcy, or tax questions, speak with a licensed attorney, a tax professional, or a HUD-approved housing counselor.

3. Fees and compensation

We do not charge a fee for the call or for explaining your options. If you later choose to sell a property through a licensed broker, any compensation will be explained in a written agreement before you sign. Compensation is earned at the time a sale is consummated (that is, when escrow closes), and not before then. If a property is listed, opens escrow, and falls out of escrow, a commission is not charged.

4. Call and text program terms

• Program: calls and text messages from Alexander J. Gonzalez about your request, such as confirming your call, following up, and sending information you asked for.
• Who sends them: Alexander J. Gonzalez, a licensed broker who is a broker associate with MGR Real Estate Inc.
• Consent: by ticking the box on our form you agree to receive calls and texts, including with automated technology, at the number you gave. Consent is not required to get help or to book a call.
• Educational emails (optional): if you tick the separate box and give an email address, we also send educational emails about foreclosure options and selling a home. This consent is separate, is not required for any service, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop and help: reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call 310.365.9450 or email alex@savemypropertysocal.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or current. Laws cited or described were accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on each page.

6. Other websites and services

This site links to or uses services run by others, such as Google, government websites, and HUD housing counselors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Acceptable use

Please give accurate information and do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no spam, and no collecting information about other visitors.

8. Ownership

The text and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Other uses need our written permission. MGR Real Estate Inc. is Alex’s responsible broker; its name and marks belong to MGR, and these terms give you no right to use them.

9. Warranties and liability

The site and its information are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not let us limit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

11. Licensing and fair housing

Alexander J. Gonzalez, Broker, CalDRE #01384006, NMLS #98329. Associated with MGR Real Estate Inc. (CalDRE #01841921) as a broker associate; MGR is the responsible broker for listing and selling representation. Alex works under MGR Real Estate Inc.’s supervision for real estate listing and selling representation. You can check any California real estate license on the Department of Real Estate website.

We follow federal and California fair housing laws. We serve homeowners without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, familial status, national origin, disability, source of income, or any other protected status.

12. Contact us

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
