This policy explains what personal information savemypropertysocal.com (“we,” “us”), owned and operated by Alexander J. Gonzalez, collects through savemypropertysocal.com, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. Effective October 6, 2026.

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, loan account numbers, or passwords through this site. We do not need them to explain your options.

1. Who we are

We help California homeowners understand their options when they fall behind on mortgage payments. The service is owned and run by Alexander J. Gonzalez, a licensed California real estate broker who is associated with MGR Real Estate Inc. as a broker associate for real estate listing and selling representation. This is not MGR Real Estate Inc.’s website.

Whether you have received a foreclosure notice is sensitive. We use it only to help with your request.

3. How we use it

To answer your request, schedule your call, and explain your options.
To call or text you about your request, only if you agreed to (see section 4).
To send the Help Pack you asked for.
To keep the site secure and prevent spam and misuse.
To meet legal and licensing obligations, including real estate record-keeping.
To understand which mailings, ads, or pages bring people to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Calls and text messages

Calls and texts come from Alexander J. Gonzalez, a broker associate with MGR Real Estate Inc.
We call or text you only if you ticked the consent box on our form or otherwise asked us to contact you. Consent is not a condition of getting help or booking a call.
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Educational emails are separate. We send educational emails only if you tick the separate, optional box on our form and give an email address (it is never pre-ticked). You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Saying no does not affect your help.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also call 310.365.9450.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include service providers who help us deliver messages and who may use the information only for us.

Service providers that run this site and our contact process on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting); WPForms (forms on some pages); Google (Search Console) and Microsoft (Bing Webmaster Tools), which show us how this site appears in search and do not track visitors on our pages; Resend (email delivery); Twilio (text messaging); and our customer-relationship system (CRM) at crm.goingliveai.com, which Alexander J. Gonzalez operates, and which is hosted on Vercel and stores its data with Google (Firebase). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
MGR Real Estate Inc. receives your name, phone number, and email address, and copies of signed agreements and disclosures, if you choose to list your property for sale through MGR. MGR keeps the records of any agreement made through Alex as its agent. This may not apply if you decide to sell to an investor without listing the property. Your contact request is not sent to MGR unless you choose to list through MGR.
Professionals you ask us to involve, such as an attorney, housing counselor, lender, or buyer. We do this only with your permission.
Authorities and others when the law requires, or to protect rights and safety.
A successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

We do not disclose personal information to other businesses so that they can market to you, and we do not disclose it to any business that is not named in this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

Needed to run the site. Our own script remembers campaign tags from the link you clicked for the length of your visit (browser session storage), so we can tell which mailing or ad you came from. It is not used to follow you to other sites.
No analytics or advertising cookies. This site does not currently use analytics, session-recording, or advertising tools, so it does not set cookies for them. If we add them later, we will update this page and ask for your permission before they run.
Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. If we ever use advertising or cross-site tracking, we will honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as California law requires.
Other parties. Third parties that provide services on our pages, may receive information about your visit, including your IP address. We do not control their practices.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact requests and consent records for three years after your last contact and then delete or anonymize them. We keep records longer if the law requires or if we need them to respond to a legal claim.

8. Security

Our site uses HTTPS, we limit who can read contact requests, and we use spam and abuse controls. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

See, correct, or delete your information. Email or call us (section 12). We will ask you to confirm your identity first.
Stop calls and texts. Reply STOP or tell us.
Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or tell us.

California residents

California residents have the right to ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. The California Consumer Privacy Act does not apply to this business, but we will honor reasonable requests to see, correct, or delete your information, and we will not treat you worse for asking.

To use a right, contact us at the address in section 12. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we will respond within 45 days.

10. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will put a notice on this site.
