Accessibility Statement

We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or magnification, to be able to use this site and reach us. Homeowners facing foreclosure are often under stress and short on time, so the site has to be easy to use. Last reviewed October 6, 2026.

Our goal

We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA.

What we have built in

• Readable colors. We calculated the contrast of every text and background color pairing used on the site. Each one meets or exceeds the WCAG AA minimum (4.5 to 1 for text). This is our own calculation, not a formal audit.
• Keyboard use. Pages are built with standard links, buttons, and form fields. Controls show a visible outline when selected with the keyboard, and a “Skip to content” link appears first.
• Clear structure. Each page has one main heading, ordered subheadings, and labeled page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) so assistive technology can move around.
• Forms you can understand. Every field has a visible label. Errors are described in text, not by color alone, and are announced to assistive technology.
• Works on a phone. The layout adapts to small screens, and a call and text bar stays within reach.
• Motion. We do not use auto-playing video or flashing content, and we respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device.

Known limits

• Scheduling. Booking a call uses the booking page in our customer-relationship system. We do not control all of its accessibility. If it does not work for you, call or text us and we will book the call for you.
• Help Pack guides (PDF). We built these files as tagged PDFs with headings, lists, links, and a document language, but we have not yet tested them with a screen reader. If you cannot read one, tell us and we will send it in another format.
• Images. Photos will carry descriptive text.
• Pages we add or change later may need a review before they meet our goal.
